Fairy Drops – Scandal Queen Quattro Mascara – Is It As Magical As It’s Name?

Hello Everyone!

I have heard many good things about this mascara, but it was such a nightmare to get hold of! However, I was in Topshop Oxford St, and I knew that they stocked it there. Once I spotted it, it was straight into my shopping bag!

Fairy Drops is a Japanese Brand, created by Aya Yasude who strived to create the perfect mascara, which ticked all the boxes that a mascara should. The bizarre curved wand enables each and every lash to be grabbed and fully coated. It curls the lashes beautifully and creates skyscraper length and volume. Additionally, isn’t the packaging gorgeous!

I absolutely love this mascara and believe it does everything it says on the tin. It’s completely smudge proof, flake proof and sweat proof. It’s a tough one to remove too, but nothing my Body Shop Cleansing Oil can’t hack. The Fairy Drops mascara is formulated with five essential ingredients that go far beyond the aesthetic beauty that it creates; squalene, jojoba oil, panthenol, hydrolysed collagen and moisturising hyaluronic acid. These all act together to repair brittleness, aid growth and strength, it even provokes a perming affect to keep that curl alive after removal.

Alas, would I recommend this product? and is it as magical as its name? YES! I love love love this product and I will 100% be repurchasing once I’ve scraped every last morsel of formula from this tub. I think it is definitely worth the hype and the price tag. Now that it’s available on Beauty Bay and Cult Beauty, I won’t have to trek to London every time I need a new tub of Fairy Drops magic.

Cult Beauty – £18.50

Lots of love,

Alice xx

  2. Hey I had this a few years back and I love the packaging of it! Let me know what you want to try when I go to Hong Kong next time as it’s so much cheaper over there 😁

      1. I think we are very lucky nowadays we can easily access to beauty products from all over the world. I remember not even that long ago that wasn’t the case. I should thank you for writing about Asian products so people get to know them more! Xxx
